Ravioli in Bianco {Ravioli with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 pound cheese ravioli
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 small onion – minced
2 cloves garlic – minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
salt/pepper
1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese – grated
Instructions
Bring a pot of generously salted water to boil. When boiling add ravioli. Reduce heat to low and cook according to package directions.
WHILE ravioli is cooking. Place butter into a medium saute pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute until softened. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Transfer drained ravioli into pan. GENTLY toss to combine. Add cheese. Serve immediately.
